To provide this service to the patients we are responsible for raising the running costs. We receive no regular contributions from the NHS or other government sources.
There are certain obligatory costs such as insurance, the maintenance and repair of the broadcast equipment, and periodically larger donations are needed for studio refurbishment.

We also need to update our music collection so that we are able to play as many requests as possible.
Have you updated your music collection digitally and no longer need your C.D's? We would welcome donations of good condition C.D. albums.

There are many other ways though in which YOU can help. You may wish to make a donation and/or provide a prize for a competition/draw.
If you run a business you could also sponsor a weekly programme in our broadcast schedule, for which further details are available upon request.
You could even choose Sunshine Radio as the beneficiary of fund raising events such as running a Marathon.
